Experimental Research On The Effect Of The Modified SiNi Decoction On The PLT Decreasing Mouse After Chemotherapy

[background&objective] The research about the effect which modified SiNi decoction has on the thrombocytopenia after chemotherapy in mice PLT, WBC and Hb, makes more explicit that modified SiNi decoction can rise platelet and offer experimental support to clinical application.[methods] Kunming rats are selected as experimental animals and are established into blank control group, model control group, positive control group and traditional Chinese medicine high, middle and low dosage groups. The rats except in blank control group are injected with OXA to making model. Then the successfully established experimental rats’models in positive control group are injected with IL-11, and models in traditional Chinese medicine high, middle and low dosage groups are gavaged with modified SiNi decoction high, middle and low dosage separately. The rats’blood routine is measured every7days. And compare the transformation of PLT、 WBC and Hb.[results] Intraperitoneal injection of OXA4.5mg/kg·d can make the thrombocytopenia model successfully in7days. After7days treating, between the treatment group and the model group the PLT/WBC and HB have no significantly increased, the same as the PLT between the high-dose SiNI group and the positive control group. Treatment of14days PLT and HB compared with normal group P>0.05, Compared with the blank control group the others have statistical significance. Above all, both positive control group and traditional Chinese medicine group have the tendency to rise PLT and WBC.[concludes] Modified SiNi decoction has the same efficacy as IL-11. The higher the concentration, the better the results. And the security is better than that of IL-11. It also has a certain function to rise WBC and HB.
