| Objective: To observe the comprehensive curative effect of modified Danggui Sini decoction combined with auricular points in the treatment of aggregation acne with blood deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome,and to explore new ideas and methods for treating this disease with traditional Chinese medicine,so as to improve the curative effect of aggregation acne with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:72 patients(meeting the inclusion criteria of blood deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome of acne conglobata)were stochasticly separated into two parts by random number table method.The treatment group was given modified Danggui Sini decoction orally combined with auricular point therapy,while the control group was given isotretinoin soft capsules orally,and both the treatment group and the control group were given benzoyl peroxide gel for external use.GAGS(acne comprehensive grading system)scores and TCM syndromes were recorded before treatment,at the 2nd week,4th week and8 th week respectively.Score,Qol-Acne(Acne Specific Quality of Life Survey)score and comprehensive clinical efficacy,and record whether there are any adverse reactions.Whether there is recurrence within 3 months after the end of treatment,the data is analyzed by SPSS26.0,and the final conclusion is drawn.Results:1.The baseline data before treatment were compared between the two groups,which was comparable(P>0.05).2.The curative effect of the two groups: the effective rate of the treatment group was83.30%,and that of the control group was 80.00%.The treatment group was superior to the control group,but there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the curative effect of the two groups was equivalent.3.GAGS score of the two groups: the patients in the two groups were treated respectively after 2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment.Before treatment,the GAGS scores were significantly decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Two groups of patients after 2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in GAGS score between the two groups.The significance(P>0.05)shows that both the treatment group and the control group can obviously improve the acne lesions,and the two groups are improving.There was no significant difference in GAGS score.4.TCM syndrome scores of the two groups: The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared before and after 8 weeks of treatment,and the scores were decreased(P < 0.05);After 8 weeks of treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).It shows that both groups can improve TCM syndrome score,but the treatment group is obviously better than the control group.5.Qol-Acne scores before and after treatment in the two groups: Qol-Acne scores before and after 8 weeks of treatment were scored respectively.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,Qo1-Acne scores of the two groups were scored into,there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).It shows that after 8 weeks of treatment,the self-perception,emotional function and social function of the patients in the treatment group and the control group have obviously improved,and the improvement degree is similar.6.Adverse reaction: During the study,there were no adverse reactions in the treatment group,and 20 patients of the control group had transient dry mucosa and skin.Blood routine and biochemical tests were performed before,after 4 weeks and after 8 weeks,there are no obvious abnormality was found.7.Recurrence rate: After 3 months’ follow-up,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 10%,and that of the control group was 47.06%,with statistics.Scientific significance(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group is superior to the control group in reducing recurrence.1.Conclusion:1.Both groups have definite curative effect on the treatment of blood deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome of acne conglobata,and the results are in GAGS(acne syndrome)Grading system)score and Qol-Acne(acne-specific quality of life survey)score have all decreased,and the overall curative effect is similar.2.Modified Danggui Sini Decoction combined with auricular point therapy is obviously superior to the control group in improving the TCM syndrome score of blood deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome of acne conglobata.3.Danggui Sini Decoction combined with auricular point therapy has no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment of aggregation acne with blood deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome.Compared with the control group,it has the advantages of less adverse reactions and low recurrence rate,so this treatment scheme is worth learning and popularizing in clinic. |
