Clinical Study On Treatment Of Ischemic Stroke Rehabilitation(Yang Deficiency) By Modified Sini Decoction Therapy

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of four inverse therapy in the treatment of ischemic stroke recovery(Yang deficiency syndrome)..Methods: A total of 76 patients with ischemic stroke recovery(Yang deficiency)were enrolled in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)from March 2016 to December 2016.The random number was generated by EXCEL table.All the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 38 cases each group.The control group was given the basic treatment of western medicine.The treatment group was treated with Modified Sini Decoction therapy based on the control group.The two groups were treated for 4 weeks.The modified rankin scale(m RS),modified Bartel index(m BI)score and Chinese medicine syndrome score(Scms)changes were observed,the clinical efficacy was observed as well.Results:(1)After 4 weeks,there was no statistical significance in m RS and m BI scores(P= 0.657,P= 0.218)in both groups.But compared with the control group,Scms in the treatment group was statistically significant(P= 0.029).(2)After 4 weeks,there was no statistical significance in TCM curative effect and m BI clinical effect in the treatment group and the control group.(3)Logistic regression model was used for analysis the clinical curative effect,the treatment group had statistically significant correlation with m BI clinical effect(OR = 1.173,95% CI: 1.025 1.701,P= 0.043)and TCM curative effect(OR = 1.380,95% CI: 0.968 1.619,P= 0.031).intracranial hemorrhages was not observed in this study;routine blood,liver and kidney function has no obvious abnormalities.Conclusion: The clinical curative effect of Modified Sini Decoction therapy combined with western medicine in the treatment of ischemic stroke recovery(Yang deficiency)is better than single western medicine treatment.And no obvious side effects was observed and it is safe.
