Objective:Comparison of different fixation of anterior cruciate ligament avulsion fracturesof the biomechanics, to provide a theoretical basis for clinical.Method:Making type II ligament avulsion fracture model by using rabbit leg.Fixation fracture withscrew, micro-bridge line, wire, Kirschner wire. I measure change in the tension and the length ofthe anterior cruciate ligamentt at the angle of0°,30°,60°,90°of knee joint in flexion,.Singlestrand of wire and micro-bridge lines fix fracture model. Two strands of wire and micro-bridgelines fix fracture model. Their tension were compared. Knee joint activities50times, measure thetension. Analysis of the statistical data analysis software.Result:1. Knee flexion, anterior cruciate ligament stretch, at the same time with thechange of tensile force.2. Different materials of different tension, Kirschner wire group <micro-bridgegroup <wire Group <screw group.3. Knee joint activities50times, screw fixation and wire fixation in the fracturegap increases3mm rally had no significant change. Micro-bridge line is fixed and theiron wire is fixed on the bearing tension decreases.4. Strands of wire or micro-bridge wire is firmer than one strand of wire ormicro-bridge at the time of fixing fracture in the fracture gap increases3mm.Conclusion:1. Screw is the firmest material during the four kinds of material; Two strands ofwires or micro-bridges is firmer than one strand of wire or micro-bridge at the time offixation fracture.2.Length of the elongated anterior cruciate ligament, at the sametime with the change of tensile force during knee flexion.
