The Clinical Research Of JiangtangXiaozhi Prescirption In The Treatment Of Type2Diabetes Mellitus Combined With Hyperlipemia

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of JiangtangXiaozhi Prescription intreating type2diabetes mellitus combined with hyperlipemia and analyze the mechanismof the treatment of the disease.Method: The60patients with type2diabetes mellitus combined with hyperlipemia，who had been chosen into this clinical research,were randomly divided into two groups,thetreatment group and the control group.Each group had30cases.On the base of the samediabetes diet，exercise therapy，and treatment of basic hypoglycemic agents，the patientsof control group were treated with Xuezhikang，when the patients of the treatment groupwere given JiangtangXiaozhi Prescription. With a period of8weeks’ treatment,we couldobserve the patients’ change on the TCM syndrome, blood glucose（FPG、2hPG）、HbA1c、blood lipid（TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C）、BMI and other indicators，and analyze these dataswith statistic methods.Results: After the treatment of8weeks, the blood glucose, blood lipid, clinical TCMsyndrome and BMI of the two groups had been both improved, but they were different （P＜0.05）, and the treatment group was better than the control group. There were significantdifferences（P＜0.05） in the efficacy of TCM symotoms between the two groups, butthetreatment group was better than the control group. There were not difference（sP＞0.05）between the two groups in improving the HbA1c of patients.Conclusion: The significant therapeutic effect of JiangtangXiaozhi Prescription on type2diabetes mellitus combined with hyperlipemia show that it is worth a furtherresearch and development on the Prescription.
