| Objective: to observe the SangMa when in treatment of liver and kidney Yindeficiency of liver Yang in port type on the clinical effect of migraine, and explore itsmechanism of action, to preliminary evaluation of nourishing liver and kidney, smoothliver Yang treatments for migraine in clinical efficacy, in order to seek new thinking andeffective agent for treatment of migraine.Methods: in this study, test subjects were taken from November2011to October2012to weifang hospital outpatient clinic and hospital of traditional Chinese medicinediagnosis and treatment of migraine in patients with liver and kidney Yin deficiency ofliver Yang syndrone type, a total of60cases.60patients with selected order according tothe clinic were randomly divided into treatment group30cases and control group30cases,the treatment group take SangMa when, in the control group take flunarizine hydrochloridecapsules. Observe two groups of clinical curative effect observation and laboratory indexesof change. At the same time closely observe adverse reactions during the medication.Results: Migraine after treatment, the curative effect in treatment group totaleffectiveness86.70%, control group total effective rate73.33%, two groups ofcomparisons has significance difference (P <0.05), and in improving TCM symptoms,pain, attack frequency, duration, etc., the treatment group is better than that of controlgroup, with significant difference (P <0.05); And can effectively improve cerebral TCDaverage blood flow velocity, and the treatment group have no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion: through statistical analysis, the efficacy of safety indicators, when thefinal results show that the proposed SangMa to medicine flunarizine hydrochloride capsules in patients with the control degree of headache symptoms, duration, attackfrequency, with the comparison of there is no significant difference, but compared withstatistical significance in improving TCM symptoms, to illustrate the SangMa groundwhen curative effect is better than that of flunarizine hydrochloride capsule, and canimprove patients with craniocerebral TCD indexes, effective agent is safe and reliabletreatment of migraine. |
