| Purpose:The subject is to investigate traditional Chinese medicine treatment of qi deficiency phlegm and blood stasis type of coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris clinical curative effect.The traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Huoxue Phlegm Huatan Compound is taken as the treatment method,and its efficacy and safety are objectively evaluated by studying the influence of angina pectoris,electrocardiogram,blood lipid,TCM syndrome,nitroglycerin stop rate and quality of life.Material and method:Select the June 2016-June 2017 visit the Department of Cardiology,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and ward coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris syndrome differentiation of qi deficiency phlegm and blood stasis syndrome patients.64 patients selected were randomly divided into groups,the control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was given Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Compound on the basis of routine western medicine for 4 weeks.Anginal symptoms before and after treatment efficacy,TCM syndromes,TCM symptoms total score and individual points,the efficacy of ECG,blood lipid effect,Seattle Angina scale score,nitroglycerin stopped by rate,changes in safety indicators,and statistical analysis.Results: 1.Comparison of the efficacy of angina pectoris: The total effective rate of the control group was 63.33%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,comparison of the two,P<0.05,there are significant differences.2.Comparison of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine: TCM Symptoms,the total score of TCM symptoms were P <0.05,with significant differences.Chinese medicine symptom single integral comparison,after the treatment in the control group,there was P<0.05 in chest pain,chest tightness,palpitation,shortness of breath,fatigue,and dizziness scores,and the residual disease was P>0.05,all of the treatment groups were P<0.05 after treatment;After treatment,the scores of chest pain,chest tightness,palpitations and shortbreath were significantly lower than those of the control group P<0.05,There was significant difference,the residual symptom integral comparison P> 0.05,there was no significant difference.3.Comparison of the efficacy of ECG: The total effective rate of the control group was 43.33%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 66.67%,comparison of the two,P<0.05,there are significant differences.4.Nitroglycerin reduction rate comparison: The total effective rate of the control group was 46.67%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 70.00%,comparison of the two,P<0.05,there are significant differences.5.Comparison of effect of blood lipid: The two groups before and after treatment compared P<0.05,significant differences;After treatment,the difference of TC,TG and LDL-C between the two groups was significant P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant,there was no significant difference in the comparison of HDL-C between P> 0.05.6.Comparison of SAQ: Two groups of PL,AS,AF,TS P <0.05,significant difference.In the comparison of DS,the two groups before and after treatment compared P<0.05,after treatment P>0.05,there was no significant difference.Conclusion: 1.Qi deficiency phlegm stasis and mutual resistance of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris to Western medicine(Yiqi Huoxue phlegm compound)treatment,has a good clinical efficacy.2.Traditional Chinese medicine(Yiqi Huoxue Huatan compound)can effectively improve the blood lipid levels in patients with coronary heart disease and stable angina.3.Traditional Chinese medicine(Yiqi Huoxue Huatan compound)Western medicine treatment,which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients. |
