Clinical Study About The Effect Of Shen Fu Tang-Youguiyin On Stable Angina Pectorsis (Deficiency Of Heart-yang And Kidney-yang)

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shen Fu Tang-Youguiyin in treating stable angina pectoris (Deficiency of heart-yang and kidney-yang).Methods: 60 Patients with stable angina pectoris(Deficiency of heart-yang and kidney-yang) form January 2010 to February 2011 outpatient and inpatient patients of Cardiology Department in Zibo TCM Hospital, were selected and divided into two groups(treatment group and control group) with randomized principles. The two groups were both given basic treatment, and at the same time were severally given Shen Fu Tang-Youguiyin and chemical both for two weeks. And the curative effect on EGC, angina pectoris, Chinese medical syndromes, side effect was observed.Results: The total effective rate of treatment group was 90%, 83.33% in the control group, no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05); the striking efficiency of the treatment group was 76.67%, 56.67% in control group and between the two groups there was no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05); About Chinese medical symptom treatment group was 96.67%, 56.67% in control group, two groups had statistically significant difference (P <0.01); striking Chinese medical symptoms efficiency of the treatment group was 70 %, 30% of the control group, two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01); total effective rate of ECG changes in the treatment group was 60% and in the control group was 56.67%, between the two groups difference was not significant (P> 0.05); nitroglycerin reducing rates was 80% in the treatment group and control group was 76.67%, deficiency between the two groups was not significant (P> 0.05); adverse events was 3.33% in treatment group and control group was 20% between the two groups there was statistically significant difference (P <0.05). Drug related anomalous change was not found in the conventional detections of blood, urine and stool before and after treatment.Conclusion: Shen Fu Tang-Youguiyin is an effective prescription to the patients with stable angina pectoris (Deficiency of heart-yang and kidney-yang).
