Clinical Evaluation Of Effect With Nourishing Kidney And Regulating Mind Therapy On The Treatment Of Cervical Vertigo

Objective: This topic through randomized controlled clinical research methods, toobserve the clinical effect of nourishing kidney and regulating the law of God in treatingcervical vertigo, and to a method commonly used in clinical routine acupuncture Jiajiacupoints. Verification of nourishing kidney and regulating the law of God whethertherapeutic effect on patients with cervical vertigo is better.Methods:82patients met the inclusion criteria of cervical vertigo patients, randomlydivided into nourishing kidney and regulating of God Group (treatment group)41casesand routine acupuncture group (control group)401cases. All patients were assessed byquantitative cervical vertigo symptoms and functional at baseline and after treatment, usedto record the severity of patients before and after treatment in patients with dizziness, usingtranscranial color Doppler ultrasonography to detect bilateral vertebral artery blood flowvelocity in the changes before and after treatment.Result:1、 In the evaluation of quantitative cervical vertigo symptoms and functional aspectsbefore treatment in treatment group, symptoms and functional score was14.10±1.92,control group was15.30±1.50, there was no significant difference between two groups ofvertigo symptoms (P>0.05); after treatment, symptom and function score was28.60±1.17, control group was22.80±1.62, the clinical symptoms of the patients in the twogroups are significantly improved, significantly better than the degree of improvement intherapy group.2、 The two groups after treatment the total curative effect, the total effective rate oftreatment group was97.50%, control group, the total effective rate was87.50%. After statistical treatment, the total efficiency of two groups, the difference was significant.3、The average flow velocity of vertebral artery，before treatment in treatment groupwas17.02±1.12, control group was17.49±0.93, compared the two groups before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups（p>0.05）, suggestingcomparable. After treatment in treatment group was28.87±0.83, the control group was21.19±0.84, the two groups after treatment, the difference was significant（p<0.05）,indicating that the treatment group in improving the vertebral arterial flow more significantthan the control group.Conclusion：The clinical curative effect of nourishing kidney and regulating GodGroup and acupuncture of Jiaji points group can improve cervical vertigo, dizziness andfunction in the aspects of improving and vertebral artery blood flow velocity in nourishingkidney and regulating God group was better than that of acupuncture Jiaji points group, sonourishing kidney and regulating God treatment of this disease is worthy of wideapplication and promotion in clinical.
