Clinical Research Of Selective External Stripping Plus Internal Ligaturing Of The Treatment Of Circular Mixed Hemorrhiods Combined With The PPH

Objective:Investigate the effective observation of curing the circular mixedhemorrhoids with the operation and explore the new surgical treatment.Methods:100cases divided into observing group and controlling grouprandomly.50cases in the observing group are treated with selective external strippingplus internal ligaturing of hemorrboids while50cases in the controlling group aretreated with the traditional surgical operation procedures-external stripping plusinternal ligaturing.Curative effect and the postoperative complications such as toreduce edema,ache,healing time,the recurrence and to maintain the appearance of theanal after treatment are observed.Result:Notable difference in the clinical curative effect are observed,theobserving group are better than the controlling group.Notable difference to reduceedema,ache,healing time,the recurrence and to maintain the appearance of the analafter treatment are got between the two groups.Conclusion:The new surgical operation procedure which is a safe and effectivemethod significantly improve the cure rate of curing the circular mixed hemorrhoids.
