Because the complexity of OAB etiology isstill not entirely clear, and its diagnosis is mainly based on clinical symptoms andexcept other disorders, so how to early diagnosis and treatment of OAB to relieve thepain of patients, has become a hot problem of basic medicine and clinical medicineresearch, there are four methods of clinical treatment of OAB as following:(1)conservative treatment;(2) drug therapy;(3) Surgical treatment;(4) the treatment ofrefractory OAB. the drug therapy for the treatment of OAB is the most important andbasic treatments. and is a hotspot of current research.We adopt TamsulosinHydrochloride Sustained Release Capsule combined with Rociverine tablets for clinicdiagnosis of OAB patients treated to a great extent, alleviate the patients with OABsymptoms. In this article, the paper reviews the progress of OAB treatment.
