Experience Of The Treatment Of Localized Renal Cell Carcinoma For Retroperitoneal Laparoscopic Redical Nephrectomy

Objective: mainly discusses after the clinical application value ofretroperitoneal laparoscopy in the treatment of localized renal cancer.Methods: with the improvement of medical conditions, limitations ofkidney cancer detection and treatment have great progress. In this paper,11November2010~2012were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital thelimitations of kidney cancer after laparoscopic kidney cancer afterradical treatment of66patients, and at the same time choose line opennessof51patients with renal cancer radical, in strict accordance with thestandard set. Take two groups of preoperative and postoperativehemoglobin value, creatinine value changes, operation time,postoperative anal exhaust time, postoperative hospital stay,postoperative bed the first time, renal nest of the total traffic,drainage tube indwelling duration etc indexes were analyzed.Results: after laparoscopic surgery group compared with open surgerygroup, surgery time is long (104.69±10.72min Vs97.76±8.67min, P <0.05),postoperative anal exhaust time extended (4.89±0.45day Vs3.01±0.56day,P <0.05), patients with postoperative ambulation earlier (5.62±0.14dayVs6.01±1.03day, P <0.05), renal nest of drainage tube total flowrate (132.84±45.67ml Vs243.76±56.37ml, P <0.05), which can shortenthe postoperative such confinement (7.37±2.32day Vs9.16±1.17day, P <0.05), preoperative and postoperative hemoglobin can indirectly reflectthe operation of the margin of less blood loss, less blood loss after laparoscopic surgery group (P <0.05), preoperative and postoperativerenal function changes in creatinine has no obvious difference betweentwo groups (P>0.05).Conclusion: compared with the traditional openness of kidney cancerradical prostatectomy, laparoscopic renal cancer after radicalprostatectomy has small trauma, less bleeding, quicker recovery, etc, isworth further promotion in clinic. With kidney cancer after laparoscopicradical prostatectomy treatment increased the number of cases,laparoscopic operation more skilled, surgery time will also be furtherreduced. But due to time relationship, to further study of two groups ofpatients after effects can’t, so the next step is the long-term effectof two kinds of operation mode and the long-term complications of doingresearch. Way in the treatment of localized renal cancer surgery,laparoscopic renal cancer effect a radical cure after replacing open renalcancer effect a radical cure, and openness of renal cancer effect a radicalcure will only be used for local advanced kidney cancer, metastatic kidneycancer and always has a history of surgery and retroperitoneal infectionwith a history of renal cancer treatment.
