A Random Clinical Trial Research:the Comprehensive Treatment Plan For Moderate And Severe Degree Of Slow Transit Constipation

Objective:The reaserch is a randomized, single blind, controlled clinical research,which is to use the comprehensive treatment plan for moderate and severe degree of slow transit constipation, and to evaluate the comprehensive treatment’s effect and security. In addition, we hope to provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of the moderate and severe degree of slow transit constipation in future.Methods:44patients with moderate and severe degree’s slow transit constipation,which need surgical treatment in Anorectal Specialist Hospital in Chengdu from March2011to March2012,were randomly divided into two group, the test group of22patients and the control group of22cases. The former was to use the comprehensive treatment plan, the latter was to use the Western medicine diagnosis and treatment plan To observe and record three aspect of the obvervational index:first,the safety evaluation.the second,the curative effect.thirdly,postoperative complications. To Applicate SPSS13.0statistical software for analysis and statistical comparative analysis of the Observational data, P <0.05as a significant statistical significance.Outcome:The two therapy plans can both resolving the patients’Defecation difficulties.Group of test cases of postoperative constipation efficacy score, straining, endless sense and expansion sensation at stool, postoperative Depression and Anxiety improvement, daily defecation frequency, degree of satisfaction, Vitality improvement,return to work time,etc has a significant difference than the control group(P<0.05). the two groups in constipation symptoms improved, safety evaluation, postoperative complications has no significant difference (P>0.05).Condusion:The two therapy plans can both resolving the constipation patients’Defecation difficulties. the comprehensive treatment plan, compared with the Western medicine diagnosis and treatment plan,have curative effect, security, degree of satisfaction, improvement of symptoms and other advantages, has good clinical use value and promotion of high value.
