The Investigation And Analysis Of The Regularities Of Distribution About TCM Constitution Type In Patients With Mild Cognitive Impairment

Objective:We investigate the characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine constitution of patients with Mild Cognitive Impairment to find out the correlation between Mild Cognitive Impairment and TCM constitution. From the perspective of TCM constitution, we provide the basis for the study of pathogenesis and treatment of Mild Cognitive Impairment.Methods:We collected97patients with MCI came from community Hospital and Sichuan Province TCM Hospital in Chengdu from September2011to March2013. After the detection of the four diagnostic instrument for modern instruments, we analysed the regularities of distribution about types of TCM constitution with statistical methods.Results:In types of TCM constitution about MCI patients, calm physique, qi deficiency physique, yin deficiency physique, the body heat, qi body, Yang deficiency physique, blood deficiency physique, physical phlegm, blood stasis constitution were2.06%,50.52%,24.74%,11.34%,7.22%,5.15%,4.12%,4.12%,3.09%.Conclusion:The study showed that the main types of TCM constitution about patients with MCI are qi deficiency physique and yin deficiency physique, And MCI has a close relationship with spleen and kidney.
