| This research evaluated the effectiveness of comprehensive treatment and the effect of vocal training in the clinical through the observation of vocal training and the curative effect of liyan mixture in chronic pharyngitis,which provide a basis for clinical treatment of chronic pharyngitis.Method:We selected60cases who meet the inclusion criteria in the ENT department of Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Chinese Medicine.Among them30cases is treatment group which used liyan mixture.my tutor’s experience perscription.with vocal training to treat the chronic pharyngitis.The other30cases is control group which only used liyan mixture.Thesc two group were treated for30days. We observed and recorded the symptoms, signs and adverse reaction of patients in the course of the treatment.Results:After4weeks continuous treatment.in the treatment group2cases were cured,19cases significantly effective,7effective,2invalid.The effective rate was66.33%.The total efficiency rate was93.33%.In the control group1case was cured,7cases significantly effective,18effective.4invalid.The effective rate was23.33%.The total efficiency rate was86.88%. The effect of the two groups by the nonparametric Wilcoxon test, statistic Z is equal to-3.031. P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the treatment group is better than control group.Conclusion:liyanheji clinical curative effect and treatment are effective for the slow laryngeal though the symptoms, symptom integral comparison before and after treatment in the group, the treatment2weeks,4weeks treatment is obviously better than the former; Voice training therapy can effectively shorten period of treatment, improve symptoms; Voice training and benefit pharynx mixture is more significant effect of comprehensive treatment, and with the increase of treatment, its efficient also gradually improve, always is better than simply using the pharynx mixture group of patients. |
