Objective:To establish animal models withproliferative vitreoretinopathy(PVR)by give rabbits an injection of Dispase I in vitreous chamber,we found the animal medels were suffering different degrees cataract.The experiment observedthe effection of Huayusanjie tableton turbidity level of crystalline lens, VEGF related to the Epithelial hyperplasia of crystalline lens, concentration of bFGF,explored the function of Huayusanjie tabletto treat the rabbit experimental cataract and provided the experimental evidence of Huayusanjie tablettotreat the proliferative oculopathy.Methods:Divided the animal medols into control group,medol control group,treat group with high/medium/low dose of Hua Yu San Jietablet about28days.usingslit lamp microscope to observe the turbidity level of crystalline lens.applying ELISA to text VEGF related to the Epithelial hyperplasia of crystalline lens, concentration of bFGF.Results (1)Turbidity level of crystalline lens:compare with the control group, the medol control group have significant difference(.P<0.01); treat group with high/medium/low dose of Huayusanjie tablethave significant difference (P<0.01).(2)content of VEGF:compare with the control group, the medol control group have significant difference (P<0.01), treat group with high/medium/low dose of Huayusanjie tablethave significant difference (P<0.01);compare with the medol control group,treat group with high/medium/low dose of Huayusanjie tablethave significant difference (P<0.01), and the content of VEGF was markedly coincident with inoculated dosage.(3)Content of Bfgf:compare with the control group, the medol control group have significant difference (P<0.01), treat group with high/medium/low dose of Huayusanjie tablethave significant difference (P<0.01); compare with the medol control group.treat group with high/medium dose of Huayusanjie tablethave significant difference (P<0.01),there was no significant difference compare with the low dose group. Conclusions:Dispase I sucessfully induce PVR combine with cataract.Huayusanjie tabletcan delay onset of rabbit experimental cataract phacoscotasmus,alleviate the turbidity level of crystalline lens,reduce the content of VEGF、bFGF,thus control epithelial hyperplasia of crystalline lens, and play the role of prevention of cataract.
