| Objective:To investigate the reasons and prevention of nosocomial infection in high-risk maternal and related measures. Methods:To review and analyse the clinical data of pregnant women in2hospitals of our city, and to comparatively analyse the nosocomial infection situation of the two groups, and analyse the related risk factors of nosocomial infection in high-risk maternal. Results:Nosocomial infection rate of high-risk maternal group of was obviously higher than that of the normal maternal group (P<0.01). In high-risk maternal group, regular prenatal care of pregnant women nosocomial infection rate was2.49%;with no regular prenatal care of pregnant women nosocomial infection rate was7.29%, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.01). Nosocomial infection rate of vaginal delivery high-risk maternal rate was obviously lower than the operation delivery maternal (P<0.05), nosocomial infection prevalence rate of vaginal birth and cesarean section had no statistical significance (P>0.05).25cases high-risk maternal in this research appeared nosocomial infection, was mostly respiratory tract and genital tract infection. The respiratory tract infection outpaced12cases (48%); Genital tract infection were7cases (28%); skin infection and Incision infection were4cases (16%); The gastrointestinal tract infection outpaced1case (4%); Urinary tract infection were1case (4%). The mean hospital stay of the high-risk maternal with nosocomial infection was (16.3±3.2)d, the mean hospital stay of the high-risk maternal with no nosocomial infection was (7.2±1.4)d, the mean hospital stay of the high-risk maternal with nosocomial infection was significantly longer, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.01).Conclusion:1. The nosocomial infection rate of high-risk pregnant women is related with regular prenatal check. 2. The nosocomial infection rate of high-risk pregnant women is related with living environment.3. The nosocomial infection rate of high-risk pregnant women is related with Season and the length of hospital stay... |
