With the development of modernization and urbanization,the gap of urban and ruralhas been expended and “three rural”problem has been focused by government andsociety. At the same time, medical security of famers whose number accounts for threequarters of the whole country is very important aspect. To solve the puzzle of ruralmedical treatment, the State Council combined to the reality of rural social developmentand made a decision on establishing and completing NCMS in2002. The NewCooperative Medical Scheme was begun to implement in2004. How satisfied havefarmers been with the NCMS? What kind of factors have influenced the degree ofsatisfaction? With the scope expanding and deeply, it is important to try to explain thosequestions.In this research report, we focused on farmer’s perspective, be established in degreeof satisfaction, using of sociology, economics and statistics correlation theories to findthe factors of famers’ satisfaction. Combined with the statistical and survey data of theLiaoning province, we use the frequency analysis to describe the basic feature of famers’satisfaction and then use factor analysis and binary logistic regression model to analysis.The result shows that the policy of the New Cooperative Medical Scheme and medicalservice factors will influence farmer’ satisfaction in large measure. Secondly, the factor isthe influence of endowment insurance and agricultural insurance. At last, the factors arerisk avoidance, economic income, hospitalization costs, the cognition of the ruralcooperative medical service and famers’ personal characteristic. Affection degree is notdifferent but gradual decreasing.
