| Purpose:Through the research of poxuehuayu and tianjingbusuifa on rat nerve function scores,the expression of Caspase-3in experimental intracerebral hemorrhage,to explore the mechanism of poxuehuayu and tianjingbusui hemorrhagic stroke in the acute phase treatment under the guidance of the cerebral hemorrhage,and to provide experimental basis for clinical.Method:The Wistar rats,preparation of rat cerebral hemorrhage model by injecting autologous arterial blood into,given naochuxuefang low dose group,middle dose,high dose treatment, given saline model group, the neurological deficit score at1,3,7,14d,brain tissue sections,the positive expression of Caspase-3using the method immune group,observe the changes under light microscope,data analysis using statistical software.Result:The nerve function deficit score of rat model of cerebral hemorrhage,third days,low dose group were lower than those in model group(P<0.05);middle dose group,high dose group were significantly lower than those in the model group(P<0.01);seventh days,the low dose group were significantly lower in model group(P<0.01), middle dose group,high dose group returned to normal;fourteenth days,rats were returned to normal.The positive expression of Caspase-3:at3d,7d time point,compared to low dose group and model group,Caspase-3decreased significantly(P<0.05);at7d time point,compared with in middle and high dose group,and model group,Caspase-3decreased significantly (P<0.05);at3d time point,high dose group compared with model group,Caspase-3decreased significantly(P<0.01),the difference was significant.Conclusion:Under the guidance of poxuehuayu and tianjingbusuifa,in the acute phase,naochuxuefang will inhibit the expression of Caspase-3,prevent apoptosis around hematoma,reduce the secondary nerve injury. |
