| Purpose: The main topic of naochuxuefang on experimental observation of cerebral hemorrhage (ICH) after the lesion tissue MMP-2/MMP-9 protein to explore the treatment mechanisms of brain edema after intracerebral hemorrhage, cerebral hemorrhage parties to apply for the ICH in the treatment of clinical theory and experiments.Method:128 healthy Wistar rats, were randomly divided into 6 groups (normal group, sham operation group, model group, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral hemorrhage side low dose group, dose prescription cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral hemorrhage side high-dose group). Without anticoagulation using autologous blood injection rat intracerebral hemorrhage model. By category in section 1d, 3d, 7d were sacrificed. ICH rat brain water content and MMP-2/MMP-9 protein expression.Result: (1)brain water content:ICH brain water content in model group were significantly higher than the sham group,P<0.01;the treatment group and model group, middle dose group and high dose group when 1d each time point brain water content was significantly Lower, P<0.01.(2)MMP-2 levels: the model group compared with the sham group was significantly lower, P<0.01; MMP-2 protein began to express 1d, sustained growth over time; treatment group compared with model group, middle dose group 3d, 7d, were significantly higher, P<0.05; high dose group in 3d, 7d was significantly higher, P<0.01. (3) MMP-9 levels: the model group compared with the sham group was significantly lower, P<0.01; MMP-9 protein expression started 1d, the peak in the 3d, 7d when reduced; treatment group compared with model group, low dose Unit 7d, a significant reduction, P<0.01; 1d when the high dose group decreased significantly, P<0.05,3d,7d was significantly lower, P<0.01.Conclusion:Naochuxuefang can effectively reduce the water content of cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral edema antagonistic; may inhibit MMP-2/MMP-9 protein expression, reduction of brain water content. |
