Purpose: Clinical application naochuxuefang curing intracerebral hemorrhage is fairly good. But,the basic research of this prescription cure cerebral hemorrhage at present still is in blank spaces.This experiment is observed the effect of naochuxuefang on neuronal function recovery and Bcl-2,Bax after experimental cerebral hemorrhage in rats.To provide theory and experiment evidence for cure cerebral hemorrhage with naochuxuefang.Method: The wistar rats 128(male and female half and half) were randomly divided into 6 groups(normal group,sham operation group,model group,low dose of naochuxuefang group,mid dose of naochuxuefang group,high dose of naochuxuefang group).Make a hemorrhage model in rats by injecting autologous blood slowly.Put rats to death draw materials by groups on 1d,3d,7d.To observe the change of neurological deficit score and Bcl-2,Bax.Result:①Compare with model group,Naochuxuefang group could upgrading the expression of Bcl-2 and downgrading the expression of Bax,has significance difference,P<0.05.But high dose group has very significant difference than model group,P<0.01.②compare with model group,Naochuxuefang group could improve the neurological function score,has significance difference, P<0.05.Conclusion:NaochuXuefang group could protect brain,perhaps by upgrading the expression of Bcl-2 and downgrading the expression of Bax.
