But,the basic research of this prescription cure cerebral hemorrhage at present still is in blank spaces.This experiment is observed the effect of naochuxuefang on neuronal function recovery and Bcl-2,Bax after experimental cerebral hemorrhage in rats.To provide theory and experiment evidence for cure cerebral hemorrhage with naochuxuefang.Method: The wistar rats 128(male and female half and half) were randomly divided into 6 groups(normal group,sham operation group,model group,low dose of naochuxuefang group,mid dose of naochuxuefang group,high dose of naochuxuefang group).Make a hemorrhage model in rats by injecting autologous blood slowly.Put rats to death draw materials by groups on 1d,3d,7d.To observe the change of neurological deficit score and Bcl-2,Bax.Result:①Compare with model group,Naochuxuefang group could upgrading the expression of Bcl-2 and downgrading the expression of Bax,has significance difference,P<0.05.But high dose group has very significant difference than model group,P<0.01.②compare with model group,Naochuxuefang group could improve the neurological function score,has significance difference, P<0.05.Conclusion:NaochuXuefang group could protect brain,perhaps by upgrading the expression of Bcl-2 and downgrading the expression of Bax.
