Purpose: With Chinese medicine stains treatments for liver and kidney Yin deficiency ofperimenopausal syndrome. To observe and validate its clinical curative effect. To explore thecharacteristics of traditional Chinese medicine combined external treatment withperimenopausal syndrome. To summarize the etiology and modern research progress ofperimenopausal syndrome. And provides the accurate basis for the external treatment ofChinese medicine.Method: To divided randomly the patients who are conform to the criteria of thediagnosis into observation group34cases and control group34cases. Observation groupadopt traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) stain method. Pharmaceuticalingredients:Astragalus root, angelica, radix rehmanniae, prepared rhizome of rehmannia,rhizoma coptidis, radix scutellariae, cortex phellodendri. Control group take Funingkangtabella. One period of treatment for4weeks,record patients’ symptom scores of traditionalChinese medicine and Kupperman score after one period of treatment.Result: Observation group total effective rate is94.1%,the control group total effectiverate was82.4%.Through analysis of statistical that traditional Chinese medicine stainmethod is better than that control group in for the liver and kidney Yin deficiency ofperimenopausal syndrome(P<0.05).Conclusion: It is sure that there is effect with Chinese medicine stains to treatperimenopausal syndrome. To compare Chinese medicine symptom scores and Kuppermanscore,There is obvious difference among and control group. And the observation group canbe used as one of the recommended scheme of treatment of perimenopausal syndrome withoutadverse reactions.Imbalance of Yin and Yang of the viscera of perimenopausal syndromepatients can be improved by the traditional Chinese medicine and the channels,but itsmechanism need to research and explore in the further.
