Purpose:The mild moxibustion in treatment of primary hyperlipemia patients, by observing the blood perfusion before and after the treatment,to explore the mild moxibustion on blood perfusion effect, and analyse the resultscMethod:75cases of hyperlipidemia patients who were selected according to diagnostic criterionare were randomly divided into the treatment group(38cases) and control group(37cases), treatment group were treated by mild moxibustion on the basis of the diet and appropriate exercise, moxibustion acupoints are Shenque and bilateral Zusanli for10minutes,total30minutes.two days a time,3times a week. Control groups only to diet and exercise conditioning.6weeks for a course of treatment, treatment time was2courses. Lipid blood tests and blood perfusion tests (Shangjuxu and Neiting points area) before the start of treatment as a baseline comparison, a blood sample after6weeks of treatment review,2for12weeks after the end of blood review. Obserbe the changement of laboratory indexes, Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome and blood perfusion before and after the treatment, and then analyze them.Results:1. The changement of the TCM syndrome:6weeks after treatment in two groups’ TCM syndrome no significant differences (P>0.05);12weeks after treatment in two groups’ TCM syndrome score have significant difference(P<0.05).2. TC:Two groups of patients treated by variance together before, P>0.05sexual inspection compared; the treatment groups before and after treatment also showed significant differences (P<0.05);6weeks after, two groups’TC show unsignificant differences (P>0.05), but as a result of treatment before the data statistical comparison of0.413>0.132TG value improved than before treatment;12weeks after, two groups’TC showed significant differences (P<0.05) with the prolongation of theraphy, mild moxibustion can ameliorate TC value of patients with hyperlipidemia, and can do it better than diet and execise conditioning.3. TG:Two groups of patients treated by variance together before, P>0.05sexual inspection compared; the treatment groups before and after treatment also showed significant differences (P<0.05);6weeks after, two groups’TG show unsignificant differences (P>0.05), but as a result of treatment before the data statistical comparison of0.285>0.114TG value improved than before treatment;12weeks after, two groups’TG showed significant differences (P<0.05). with the prolongation of theraphy, mild moxibustion can ameliorate TG value of patients with hyperlipidemia, and can do it better than diet and execise conditioning. 4. The changement of the blood perfusion (Shangjuxu and Neiting points area):6weeks after the blood perfusion of treatment groups show unsignificant differences (P>0.05),12weeks after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment; the blood perfusion of the control groups before and after treatment(6weeks and12weeks after) also showed unsignificant differences(P>0.05).5. The comparison of therapeutic effect:The total effective rate of the treatment groups in ameliorating the TCM syndrome was78.95%,while the control groups was54.55%.Two groups’total effective rate of ameliorating the TCM syndrome showed significant differences(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment groups in ameliorating the laboratory efficacy was76.32%,while the control groups was50%.Two groups’total effective rate of ameliorating the TCM syndrome showed significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mild moxibustion can ameliorate TC、TG value of patients with hyperlipidemia, can promote blood perfusion of patients with hyperlipidemia, and can do it better than diet and execise conditioning.
