| Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of treatment of vascular cognitive impairment by observing the changes of MMSE, Blessed, ADL scale and vascular dementia syndrome scale (SDSVD),Methods:From December2011to December2012,64patients with vascular cognitive dysfunction in XuZhou Chinese traditional medicine hospital encephalopathy ward are included.All cases were diagnosed by the western medicine of vascular cognitive impairment and TCM syndrome diagnostic criteria.To adopt randomized single blind controlled design methods, The64patient were divided into the treatment group movements scattered brain rehabilitation capsule, we divede them into capsule and the control group,with treatment group32cases and control group32cases of continuous medication for3months. Before and after treatment respectively by MMSE, Blessed, ADL scale and vascular dementia syndrome scale changes (SDSVD) score as reference indicators, we use statistical analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of the lifting loose treatment of vascular cognitive impairment.Results:After treatment, MMSE, Blessed, ADL and SDSVD scales reflect that patients with cognitive function, the cognitive characteristics, daily life ability in reatment group and control group were all improved. The symptom of integral value was significantly decreased, especially in the sputum and turbidity; Safety indicators of treatment group and control group manifest no significant difference.Conclusion:Lift powder can significantly improve cognitive function and daily life ability in patients with vascular cognitive impairment, without obvious side effects, it is convenient and suitable for clinical application and it can be taken by patients for a long time.
