The Clinicai Observation Of Treating Renal Hypertensive Which Is Caused By Chronic Renal Insufficiency With Treatment According To Different Syndromes

Objective:under the guide of TCM treatment according to differentiation syndrome theory, combined with laboratory parameters to explore the treatment of renal hypertension which is caused by chronic renal disease on the basis of western medicine combined with the treatment according to differentiation syndrome whether superior to western medicine combined with the prescripition of invigorating the qi and yin, and clearing away wet, and removing the blood, whether in improving clinical symptoms, protecting kidney function, correcting blood lipid and the lipid metabolism disorder has better curative effect.Method:60patients with chronic renal insufficiency of renal hypertensive were randomly divided into treatment group30cases and control group30cases.The observation period of clinical is2months,1month is1treatment course.Treatment group in the western medicine treatment based on syndrome differentiation; the control group on the basis of western medicine combined with the prescripition of invigorating the qi and yin, and clearing away wet, and removing the blood which comes form mentor.Major obsered indexes include the changes of blood pressure, clinical symptoms, kidney function (Scr, BUN),24-hour urine protein quantitative, blood lipids(TC, TG, HDL-C, DL-C) before and after treatment.Results:(1) the effect of antihypertension:the total effective rate of treatment group is88.89%, the dramatic effective rate is48.15%; while the total effective rate of control group is80.77%, the dramatic effective rate is42.31%; the treatment group is better than the control group.(2) clinical symptoms:the total effective rate of treatment group is92.60%, the dramatic effective rate is55.56%;while the total effective rate of control group is84.62%, the dramatic effective rate is50.00%, the treatment group is superior to the control group.(3) the improve of the renal function:the treatment group of Scr, BUN, UTP reduce obviously better than the control group.(4) the improve of blood lipids:two groups of TC, TG, LDL-C has dropped, and HDL-C were significantly increased, but the difference of improving blood lipid between treatment group and control group doesn’t have significant difference.Conclusion:through the clinical observation of60cases, the results showed that the treatment group not only can significantly reduce the blood pressure of patients, and can obviously improve clinical symptoms, protect kidney function, at the same time also can reduce blood fat, correct the lipid metabolic disorders.While the control group have certain curative effect, but look from the whole of treatment, in the effect of improving clinical symptoms and pro tecing renal function is not as good as the treatment group.Verified the treatment of renal hypertension which is caused by chronic renal disease on the basis of western medicine combined with the treatment according to differentiation syndrome is superior to western medicine combined with the prescripition of invigorating the qi and yin, and clearing away wet, and removing the blood in the effect of antihypertension, improving clinical symptoms and protecting kidney function.
