| Objective:Through the observation of50cases of fallopian tube obstruction infertility, after laparoscopic surgery, needle medicine combination therapy and simple index, index of curative effect and surgical treatment of security analysis of two groups after6months after treatment of intrauterine pregnancy rate and adhesion rate situation, and observed patients6months after treatment of intrauterine pregnancy rate. And hope that through this study, to reflect the advantages of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment, bring more effective clinical treatment for patients with infertility method, and the overall pregnancy rate and improve patients after curative effect, fully enhance the ability of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of infertility..Methods:Using randomized controlled methods, in March2011to September2010in jiangsu province Chinese medicine hospital of50cases of oviduct infertility patients as the research object, according to the proportion of1:1, selected patients were randomly divided into treatment group (needle medicine combination therapy) and control group (pure laparoscopic surgery). Stop treatment after3period of treatment, observation of6months. Treatment process of the treatment group and control group respectively test index observation curative effect and safety indicators. And observe the two groups before June and treatment of postoperative pregnancy rate, syndromes and signs and local integration and overall efficacy, comparison, find out the differences between groups.Results:Control group25cases, treatment group (25cases, none of the patients lost to follow-up depigmentation. There was no statistically significant difference between the general information (P>0.05), comparable; Treatment group (25cases,12cases of pregnancy, the pregnancy rate of48%; Better clinical curative effect to cure of17cases,6cases,2cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was92%; Control group25cases,5cases pregnancy, the pregnancy rate of20%, clinical curative effect to cure9cases,6cases,10cases were invalid, the total effective rate was60%, control group and the pregnancy rate and total effective rate of treatment group was statistically significant (P<0.05), treatment group total effectiveness is better than the control group; Treatment group and control group after treatment of TCM symptoms compared to local score was statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group in the curative effect of TCM syndrome and improve local signs better than the control group.Conclusion:1. Fallopian tube obstructive infertility patients with laparoscopic surgery, using the needle medicine union treatment, compared with pure laparoscopic surgery, can improve the pregnancy rate and decrease the rate of adhesion, to improve patients’ symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine has good curative effect, suggest use of laparoscopic surgery in clinic treatment, if combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment can improve curative effect, suggests that postoperative consolidating treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has important significance..2.
