Experimental group after ipsilateral tubal patency rate of70%,40%in the control group, statistically significant difference by rank sum test, the experimental group than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions1. Laparoscopic timely detection and clear ectopic pregnancy lesions maximize the retention of reproductive function, less trauma, quicker recovery, less bleeding, suitable for conservative treatment, there is a pressing requirement of procreation patients, clinicians should recommend laparoscopic conservative treatment.2.The basin Yan Kang mixture tubal surgery treatment in maintaining tubal patency, and to restore tubal function better than a simple tubal surgery treatment.3.
