Therapeutic Efficacy Study Of Danshen Chengze Decoction Combined With Laparoscopic Surgery On Tubal Infertility

Obiective: By observing the clinical efficacy of oral administration of Danshen Chengze Decoction after laparoscopic surgery in patients with tubal infertility,have analyzed and compared with the surgical treatment alone,after analyzing and comparing the TCM syndrome scores,local blood supply and pregnancy rate,it is hoped to provide a more effective treatment for clinical treatment of the disease.Method: First we can choose 80 patients with tubal infertility diagnosed by HSG and these compatible with the required diagnosis were randomly divided into two groups.In the treatment group we have 40 patients:on the 2nd day after laparoscopic surgery,the instructor took the self-designed Danshen Chengze Decoction to drink(composition: Danshen 15 g,Yanhusuo 10 g,Angelica 10 g,Chishao 10 g,Saponin 10 g,Lulutong 10 g,Wang does not stay 10 g,Dilong 9g,Sanling 9g,Curcuma 9g,Xiangfu 6g,Chuanxiong 6g,Zelan 6g,Sanqi 3g)One dose per day,2 times / day,menstrual withdrawal,surgery month contraception.In the second and third cycles,the drug was started on the sixth day of menstruation,and the drug was stopped three days after ovulation.The three cycles were a course of treatment.If the patient is found to be pregnant,stop taking the medicine immediately.In the control group we have 40 patients:in this group of patients,except for the use of laparoscopic surgery,no other treatments are used.After three cycles of treatment,and followed up for 6 months after treatment,the differences in TCM syndrome scores,statistics and comparison of uterine artery blood flow index between the two groups,statistics and comparison of pregnancy rates between the two groups.So that the two groups were compared.Result: 1.Comparison of TCM Syndrome Efficacy Scores:there was a very significant difference that we can learned from the calculation,and in the difference between the scores that we can know about before and after treatment(P<0.01),indicating that the oral administration of Danshen Chengze Decoction can significantly alleviate TCM syndromes.Same as the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),from the calculation of total efficiency that we can know,the two groups also have big differences.(P<0.05),and learned from these calculation that we can know the treatment group was superior the other.2.Comparison of uterine artery blood flow parameters:that we can be known by our calculaition there were significant differences in uterine artery blood flow parameters,and we can compared before and after treatment in the treatment group(P<0.05).This result indicating that Danshen Chengze Decoction can reduce blood resistance.That also we can see the blood circulation of the fallopian tubes got very big improvement.3.Comparison of clinical efficacy:the pregnancy rate of two group were 65% and 37.5%.A significant difference(P<0.05).The oral administration of Danshen Chengze Decoction had obvious effects on improving the curative effect and pregnancy rate.Conclusion: Application of Danshen Chengze Decoction in the treatment of tubal infertility after laparoscopic surgery can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients,improve the efficacy of TCM syndrome,improve uterine artery blood flow,improve the fallopian tube dredging rate.What,s more,it can be seen that this can greatly improve the probability of patients being conceived.
