The Correlation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment And Pregnancy Outcome In Patients With Unilateral Tubal Factor Infertility After Hysteroscopy And Laparoscopic Surgery

ObjectiveThrough the analysis of unilateral tubal factor infertility patients after hysteroscopy and laparoscopic surgery, which separated into Chinese medicine treatment group and blank treatment group within 1 year. Compared their pregnancy rate and followed up the pregnancy outcome, than we can make a evaluation of clinical efficacy of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy surgery combined with Chinese medicine treatment with unilateral tubal factor infertility patients. Than oviduct unilateral tubal factor infertility patients for hysteroscopy and laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, the forward curative effect evaluation and clinical pathway to provide objective and scientific basis.MethodsBy retrospective study, we collected 93 patients who diagnosed unilateral tubal factor infertility by hysteroscopy and laparoscopic surgery in 2010 April to 2015 April in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou TCM University. Then separated them into two group according them whether outpatient or not, group A 47 cases was treated with traditional Chinese medicine treatment, group B 46 cases was blank treatment. Collected the data of patients, including the result of uterine tubal contrast, mode of operation, postoperative out-patient traditional Chinese medicine, position of pregnancy, pregnancy outcome and so on, observed two groups of clinical efficacy and postoperative pregnancy rate within one year, followed up pregnancy outcomes by telephone, made statistical analysis, than summarized the correlation of postoperative treatment with traditional Chinese medicine and the pregnancy outcome.Result1、1 year after hysteroscope and laparoscope operation TCM treatment group total effective rate was 59.57%, which that blank treatment group was 42.22%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2、 After the unilateral fallopian tube intervention by hysteroscopy and laparoscopic surgery, Chinese medicine treatment group and blank treatment group total effectiveness was 60.61% and 30.00% respectively, The clinical efficacy of the two groups have significant statistical difference(P<0.05).3、 There was a total of 72 patients with the result of uterine tubal contrast before operation, studies have shown that the accuracy of HSG was 44.4%, traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and blank treatment group’s accuracy were 57.1% and 26.67%, the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).4、The traditional Chinese medicine treatment on unilateral tubal factor infertility patients after hysteroscopy and laparoscopic surgery, was nourishing kidney, clearing heat and activating blood circulation on clinic, with the addition and subtraction cards.ConclusionThe traditional Chinese medicine treatment combined with hysteroscopy and laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of unilateral tubal factor infertility patients have therapeutic effect, it can effectively improve the patient’s pregnancy rate in 1 years, improve the patients’pregnancy outcome.
