Objective:Through the acupuncture Zusanli on sub-acute aging mice of the effects of telomerase activity and skin tissue structures of experimental research, observation of acupuncture in anti-aging effect, and further explore its mechanism.Methods:The mice were randomly divided into five groups. The mice of acupuncture treatment group, VE treatment group and model control group were injected of D-galactose solution on the back and the neck subcutaneous for6weeks. Then the sub-acute aging mice model was established. The mice of acupuncture treatment group were given acupuncture Zusanli, daily1time, retaining5minutes. The mice of VE treatment group were given vitamin E oil solution. They were both treated for10days. The mice of acupuncture prevention group were acupunctured Zusanli first for10days, then to the back and the neck subcutaneous injection of D-galactose solution for6weeks. The mice of normal control group were in the back and the neck subcutaneous injection amount of normal saline. Finally, the cervical vertebra dislocation executed groups of mice. Then use telomerase repetitive sequence amplification method to detect the femoral bone marrow cells in mice the telomerase activity. Observed in mice back skin HE staining pathology morphology.Results:(1)Through groups of mice skin HE dyeing observation, pathological morphology from the mice skin thickness of epidermis, hair follicles and sebaceous gland hyperplasia degree, number of inflammatory cells, the three objective metrics, is thinner in the normal control group, and no hyperplasia, composed of neat rows of basal cells and spine. Model control group mice skin in cortex cells hyperplasia obviously, skin cell number increase, hair follicle and sebaceous gland hyperplasia significantly, inflammatory cells, even with ulceration. Acupuncture treatment group and acupuncture prevention epithelial hyperplasia in mice compared with model group significantly reduce, disordered arrangement to reduce, but slightly thicker skin than normal group, hair follicles, sebaceous glands decreased significantly in the model group, almost no proliferation and inflammatory cells almost did not see.(2) Through the analysis of variance between groups, each group femoral bone marrow cells in mice of telomerase activity changes with statistical significance(P<0.05). Among them, compared with normal control group, model control group mice femoral bone marrow cells of telomerase activity significantly decreased, there is a very significant difference(P<0.01). VE treatment group femoral bone marrow cells of telomerase activity in mice and normal control group, there was no significant difference was not statistically different(P>0.05). Compared with model control group, treatment group of VE, the acupuncture treatment group, acupuncture prevention group groups of femoral bone marrow cells in mice significantly higher, telomerase activity has a very significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:Acupuncture Zusanli on sub-acute aging mice caused by D-galactose can strengthen the telomerase activity, so as to achieve the aim of anti-aging. Skin aging in mice also has certain inhibitory effect.
