Objective:Using the method of differentiation of symptoms and signs from syndrome factor to explore the characteristic of syndrome factor of toxin, and the relationship with other syndrome factors, and its pathogenic mechanism.In the end, to enrich the knowledge of TCM to pathogenic mechanism of decompensate cirrhosis to instruct clinical therapeutic.Methods:Collecting100hospital patients from division of digestion in TCM hospital of Jiangsu Province from May2007to May2012.Reference Zhu Wenfeng TCM provided in syndromes and syndrome factor differentiation syndrome scale, collect patients’syndrome, to obtain evidence, inductive card type, exploring the objective existence of this virus and other syndrome factor relationship, such as inductive toxin pathogenesis and syndrome.Results:(1)Justification of this disease has obvious toxic element characteristics.The refractory has53cases,47cases of multiple,54cases of violent, internal damage is39cases, dependent in52cases.When the MELD score is lower is given priority to with pertinacity, cruelty, meaning is given priority to within the score is high.(2)Diseases related to Toxin in the disease known as the liver, spleen, gallbladder, kidney, stomach, brain, heart, lung, disease syndrome known as wet, water park, blood stasis, qi deficiency, phlegm, blood deficiency, yin deficiency.Among them, liver, spleen, wet is always has a higher percentage, with the increase of MELD score, disease syndrome of heart, lung, kidney, brain, and the deficiency syndrome syndrome factor percentage increased.(3)There are eight patterns of syndrome about Toxin in the diseases:Water and wet toxin trapped the spleen and stomach syndrome;hot toxin fire yin and moving blood syndrome, Hot and humid Toxin stasis liver and gallbladder, The spleen and kidney Yang deficiency water Toxin syndrome, Phlegm and blood stasis Toxin damage qi and blood syndrome, Stasis and water Toxin knot middle energizer syndrome, water Toxin damage heart and lung syndrome, turbidity toxin on the mind syndrome.Conclusion:Toxin factor is an important pathogenic factor in cirrhosis of the liver decompensation period, which could’t be ignored in pathogen;In the disease, Toxin come from two parts:the internal and the outside;Toxin factor damaged the spleen stomach liver with real evil, later involving the heart, lungs, brain with strong evil and healthy Qi is empty.The clinical manifestations of Toxin is multifarious, it’s very easy to band with other evils to junction pathogenic in common.
