ObjectiveThrough the comparison of knee ligament injury patients’ preoperative andpostoperative knee score, this paper discusses the recent curative effect of crossed ligamentjoint reconstruction during the same period before and after with limited cut repair orlateral collateral ligament reconstruction. It analyses and compares the effect ofrespectively treated with arthroscopic surgery and open curing ligament damage.MethodThere are5cases lost to follow-up and29cases remaining followed of34patients inour hospital for surgery the knee joint dislocation with much ligament damage betweenSeptember2006and January2006and the follow-up rate was85.29%. In the34patients,there are20men and9women,aged21to65years old, average age40.6years,the onset time0.5hours to4months, surgical wait time1days to30days, left knee21cases,8cases of right knee; Traffic injury17cases, sports injury5cases, high fall injury1case, above6cases; According to the classification of Schenck: KD Ⅱtype4cases, KDⅢ M type15cases, KD Ⅲ L1cases, KD Ⅴ9cases, acl、 pc1, mc1joint injury12cases,acl, mc1joint injury9cases, acl, pc1joint injury5cases, acl, lc1joint injury2cases, acl,pc1, lc1joint injury1case. According to different reconstruction methods, divided intogroups of arthroscopy and open cut surgery group, the group of arthroscopy17cases, opensurgery under cutting12cases. In all patients before surgery and after surgery, useslysholm knee score to determine patients with preoperative and postoperative recovery ofinjury. It uses SPSS17.0statistical software to deal with. It respectively carried outindependent sample T test for age, gender, preoperative lysholm score, postoperativelysholm score between the two groups, all patients’ preoperative and postoperative scoresmatching T test.Results29cases of the knee joint dislocation ligament injury patients were followed up for 12-51months, an average of24.5months, the average waiting time for operation1-30days,average8.7days, open group cases mean age39.4±14.0, arthroscopy group cases meanage41.3±7.2, P=0.633, no difference between the statistical analysis. Open group malepatients10cases, female patients2cases, arthroscopy group man10cases, female7cases,P=0.10, no difference between the statistical analysis. Open surgery group12cases,arthroscopic surgery group17cases, the mean preoperative Lysholm score of open surgerygroup was14.27±3.98, arthroscopy group13.65±4.57, P=0.71, no difference between thestatistical analysis. Postoperative Lysholm mean score of open surgery group was82.27±7.28, arthroscopy group90.35±4.91, P=0.02, significant differences in statisticsanalysis. All patients with preoperative and postoperative Lysholm score,13.93±4.02preoperatively, postoperatively plus or minus86.97±7.04, P=0.00, significant differencesin statistics analysis. Only3cases feel knee injury with poor stability in29casessometimes,4cases feel knee joint pain in rainy day, the rest have no obvious discomfort. All the patients straight and curved lateral stress test and the inside have negative stressexperiment, Lachman test is negative.2cases are weakly positive in unstable joints rotate.conclusionIt is an effective therapeutic method for patients of knee ligament injury, that thepatient been ACL and PCL during the same period or been with limited cut repair or lateralcollateral ligament reconstruction.According to the result of the above research findings, arthroscopic surgery has the advantage which is safety, satisfactory effectsive, andcould been trained earlier after the operation.
