The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Ot Ligament Injury Of Knee Joint With Miao And Miao Combination Puncture

Objective::The knee ligament injury is one of the common sports injuries in orthopedics.Anatomically,this is the most complex joint in the human body.It has many structures,strong force,and poor stability.Guided by the meridian theory,based on clinical efficacy,acupuncture as an intervention method and patients withknee ligament injury as the research object.Observe the acupuncture "Siguan Acupoint" qi will regulating and flexible tendon,combined with Miao stabbing to activate blood circulation.The clinical curative effect of knee ligament injury provides ideas and clinical trial data for acupuncture treatment of "complicated tendon and collateral disease" with knee ligament injury as an exampleMethods:In this study,the clinical study used a randomized control method.Sixty patients with knee ligament injuries were randomly divided into a study group and a control group of 30 people each.Patients in the study group were treated with giant and miao acupuncture and patients in the control group were treated with conventional acupuncture intervention at local acupoints of the knee joint.The efficacy of the two groups was evaluatedThrough observation and comparison between the two groups?the two groups of patients before treatment,one week after treatment,VAS pain scores and Lysholm score changes after treatment.Results:1.The knee joint ligament injury in the two groups was significantly different from the VAS pain assessment before and after acupuncture treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly different from the control group(P<0.01)2.There was a significant difference in the functional recovery between the two groups of patients by the Lysholm score before and one week after the treatment(P<0.05).3.The two groups were compared.,the treatment efficiency of the treatment group was 96%and that of the control group was 77%.There was a significant difference in efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05)Conclusions:1.The giant and miao combined acupuncture method group and the conventional acupuncture method group can reduce the knee joint ligament injury and VAS value and improve pain,which indicates that the giant and miao combined acupuncture method and conventional acupuncture method are treatments.VAS is an effective method for knee ligament injury,but in contrast the giant and miao acupuncture method is more effective2.The giant and miao acupuncture method can effectively treat pain caused by knee ligament injury,and can better restore the value of Lysholm.Generally the giant and miao acupuncture method can improve knee ligament injury.3.The treatment group of giant and miao combined acupuncture method has better clinical VAS value than the acupuncture group of conventional acupuncture,but its exact treatment path and mechanism need to be further studied from various aspects.
