| objective:To compare the curative effect of Pilon fracture with LCP Anterolateral Distal Tibal Plate and Cloverleaf Plate. Method: We retrospective reviewed the clinical and radiological records of 40 patients with Pilon fracture for two kinds of different treatment with LCP Anterolateral Distal Tibal Plate(treatement group:20 cases) and Cloverleaf Plate (contrast group : 20 cases) from June 2008 to November 2010. Al1 these patients were followed-up for 6 months to 1 year with average of 8 months. To compare and analysis the curative effect on Pilon fracture for two kinds of different treatment methods from the averages tay, operation time; the incidence of complications;and theMazur score.Resurt: The clinical research proves: the curative effect in the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05). The surgery time, treatement group use less time than the contrast grope (P<0.05),and also the similar superiority(P<0.05) in the incidence of complications.What`s more, the Mazur score are significant differences in (P<0.05).Conclusion: LCP Anterolateral Distal Tibal Plate has short operative time, low incidence rate of postoperative complications, excellent anatomical reattachment articular surface, strong fixation and advantages of early activity. |
