Clinical Studies On Cold Type Of Diarrhea In Infants By Pressing And Kneading In Wai Lao-gong

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Massage based on Pressing andKneading in Wai Lao-gong.Methods： Clinical studies selected60patients were randomly divided intoobservation group and the control group,30cases in each group. The treatment group tomassage therapy,the Treatment control group received Ding guier Umbilical paste fortreatment. Record symptoms, signs and other clinical symptom scores in the two groups ofpatients before and after treatment, respectively. Data processing using SPSS16.0packagecount data using the X2test, measurement data using t-test, grade information using theKruskal-Wallis test.Results：The therapeutic effect of massage therapy is better. The results of thetreatment group:cure-8, markedim provement-15, improvement-6,noeffct-1, the totalefficiency96.7%;the results of the control group:cure-3,markedim provement-11,improvement-12,noeffct-4, the total efficiency86.7%. Although the two groups areeffective, but the treatment group in comparison on the comparison of the main symptomsassociated with improvement of symptoms were significantly better than the controlgroup(P <0.05).Conclusion：Massage Therapy based on Pressing and Kneading in Wai Lao-gong isan effective way to one of the cold type of infant diarrhea, worthy of clinical application.
