Objective:The purpose of this study was to explore the Changningtang inantibiotic-associated diarrhea treatment and recovery of the basic principle of the balanceof intestinal flora,the objective is to provide research data of antibiotic associated diarrheatreatment.Ways：Methodsxhoose the60antibiotic associated diarrhea cold-heat complicationpatients standard patients, randomly divided into the treatment group (30cases) andcontrol group (30cases), treatment group received Changningtang treatment, the controlgroup was given Guchang Zhixie pill treatment, treatment for4weeks, to observe theeffect of clinical symptoms, TCM syndrome. After the end of treatment.Results:After4weeks of treatment, in the aspects of clinical symptoms, the curativeeffect of treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05); TCMsyndrome curative effect in the treatment group, the treatment group12cases were cured,9cases markedly effective, effective in7cases, the total efficiency of93.33%; controlgroup9cases were cured clinically, effective8examples, effective in5cases, the totalefficiency of73.33%; the treatment group improved in symptom total score, curative effectis better than that of the control group (P<0.05).At the end of treatment group, adversereactions were not found in patients with blood, urine, stool routine, liver and kidneyfunction test.Conclusion:Antibiotic associated diarrhea intestinal Ning decoction in the treatmentof cold and heat mixed type superior clinical efficacy of Bifico, offset by adjusting theintestinal flora, recovery of intestinal function, regulating immunity, anti-inflammationtherapeutic effect.
