| Objectiv:To treat gastroesophageal reflux disease(gastroesophageal reflux disease with heat stagnation in liver and stomach)with Chinese traditional medicine prescription, and compare it with western medicine. The efficacy and safety of TCM prescriptions in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)were demonstrated by observation of efficacy, comparison of symptoms and data analysis,so as to provide more options and programs for clinical treatment,so as to better meet the health needs of patients. Methods:Sixty patients who met the standards in the National Hospital of our hospital, the outpatient department of spleen, stomach and hepatobiliary department and the inpatient department were collected, and the patients were numbered from 1 to 60 successively according to the order of treatment time, and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with the addition and subtraction of Jianginverse Tiaowai Decoction, which was boiled by the Pharmacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Each bag was 150 ml,1bag/time,twice a day,and 1 bag was taken in the morning and at night. The control group was given the western medicine omeprazole enteric-dissolved capsule orally,1 tablet/time,once a day, before meal.Patients in bothgroups took medicine for 8 weeks, and excluded the situation of taking other medicine, changing medicine or stopping medicine. At the end of the treatment, the clinical efficacy and improvement of TCM symptoms of the two groups were recorded and compared respectively. At the end of the8-week treatment course,follow-up was conducted, and the recurrence rate of each group was evaluated by Reflux Diagnostic Questionnaire(RDQ)score, and relevant statistical methods were used for data analysis to reach the final conclusion.Results:1.Total effective rate: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,and that of the control group was 73.33%(P< 0.05).2.Comparing the scores of TCM symptoms in each group before and after treatment, the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the total scores of TCM symptoms, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).3.Follow-up was conducted after treatment, and RDQ scores were counted. The results showed that RDQ scores in both the treatment group and the control group decreased after treatment, and the decrease in the treatment group was significantly greater than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).4.Recurrence rate: Follow-up at the end of the 8-week course showed that the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 18.52% and that of the control group was 44.00%(P < 0.05).5.Safety: The treatment safety of the two groups was good, and the safety index was not significantly abnormal. Conclusions: 1.The effect of Jiangcontiaoweqi Decoction on gastroesophageal reflux disease with heat stagnation in liver and stomach is better than that of omepazole enteric capsule.2.Jiangcontiaoweqi decoction can effectively improve the main symptoms of epigastral burning discomfort and belching of gastroesophageal reflux disease caused by heat in the liver and stomach. It can give full play to the characteristics and advantages of TCM evidence-based treatment and holistic treatment, and the recurrence rate after treatment is also lower than that of the western medicine group. Therefore,by comprehensive comparison,Jiangcontiaoweqi decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease with heat stagnation in the liver and stomach.3.Both groups were safe and reliable, and no obvious adverse events occurred in both groups, indicating that Jiangcontiao Wei Decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease with heat depression in liver and stomach, which has certain practical value and is worthy of clinical reference and promotion. |
