The Clinical Research Of Yiqiguchongzhixue Decotion In Treating Emorrhapic Period Of Anovulatory Dysfunctional Bleeding With Gas Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective：The purpose of this project is to be observed from the theoretical andclinical aspects of Yiqiguchongzhixue Decotion(YQGCZXD) to treat dysfunctional uterinebleeding(DUB)with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, and explore its hemostaticmechanism, in order to assess the efficacy of the treatment of DUB effect.Methods:60patients were divided randomly into test group (30cases，treated with YQGCZXD) andcontrol group (30cases，treated with Yiqiweixue Cranule). The hemostasis effect，theimprovements of clinical symptoms and the density of endometrium，prothrombm time(PT)and activated partial prothrombm time(APTT)， the platelet volume distributionwidth(PDW) and mean platelet volume(MPV)， the serum level of Ca2+wereobserved．Results: Comprehensive effect in treatment group the total effective rate was96.67%,66.67%in the control group, there was significant difference (P <0.05).Meanwhile，the density of endometrium，PT and APTT were decreased，PDW and MPVwere increased compared to those of the pretherapy，the serum level of Ca2+wasincreased compared to that of the pretherapy, there was significant difference between thetwo groups (P <0.05). It showed that the efficiency of test group was significant superiorto that of control group. Conclusion: YQGCZXD is an effective recipe in treating DUBwith Qi deficiency and Blood stasis syndrome．The effect may be achieved throughtheoperation of decreasing PT and APTT，increasing the level of PDW and MPV，improving the serum level of Ca2+, adjusting the levels of endometrial．...
