The Study Of Ancient Medical Literature About The Suitable Diseases Treated By Guanyuan(RN4) Acupoint

Objective：To summarize application laws of Guanyuan(RN4) acupoint by analyzingrelated content about attending diseases,techniques of acupuncture and moxibustion andoperating taboos in ancient literature.And to provide theoretical and practical basis．Methods：Using＂Chinese Medical Classics＂as the main source.Retrieving therelevant literature,use the relevant literature as clues to find the original.Each entering therelevant literature to databases of the single acupoint attending disease,compatibleacupoints attending disease，techniques of acupuncture and moxibustion and operatingtaboos.Using Microsoft Excel as the statistical tool.Then brought forward the suitable andhigh frequency attending diseases treated by Guanyuan(RN4) acupoint by summarizingand analyzing the data we have got.And to obtain the relevant content about techniques ofacupuncture and moxibustion and operating taboos．Results：There are100kinds of diseases can be treated by Guanyuan(RN4)acupoint.The number of high frequency attending diseases which treated by Guanyuan(RN4) acupoint single is27and treated by Guanyuan(RN4) acupoint combining with otheracupoints is26.The number of the compatible acupoints is161,and Qihai(RN6),Sanyinjiao(SP6) and Shenshu(BL23) are the top three acupoints in the acupoints whichcombined with Guanyuan(RN4) acupoint.The quantification of moxibustion is100zhuangwhile the most common depth of needling is needle-eight and the time for acupuncture isthree breath.The main taboo is forbid to needle on pregnant woman.Conclusion：Guanyuan(RN4) acupoint has wide suitable diseases and variouscompatible acupoints.This study is expected to have certain reference significance to theClinical application of Guanyuan(RN4) acupoint．...
