Shuangshan’antai Decoction Prevention On IVF-ET Biochemical Pregnancy Abortion (Asthenia Of Both The Spleen And The Kidney)Clinical Observation

Objective:Explore the impact of the Shuangshan’antai Decoction after biochemical pregnancy in In-vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer (IVF-ET) who asthenia of both the spleen and the kidney,objective evaluation of the ideology of strengthening the spleen and invigorating kidney established that the tocolysis advance method clinical significance.Method:80Patients undergoing IVF-ET were randomly divided into two groups, the control group using progesterone capsule400mg united of progesterone injection40mg, observation group program using progesterone injecting40mg,and in the first days after transplantation plus service Shuangshan Antai Potion, twice a day,and even served12days.Observed two groups of patients with urinary HCG, serum β-HCG overcast B ultrasound, clinical symptom score and medication adverse reactions.Results:1.In two groups before treatment clinical symptom core,P=0.245,before and after the control group，P=0.257,the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05);groups after treatment and before and the after the treatment group, P=0.000,and the differences were statistically significance(P<0.01); 2.Implantation rate treatment67.5%of the treatment group and the control group62.5%,significantly higher in the treatment group;3.Two group on day14serum β-HCG level was not statistically significant;4.Biochemical pregnancy rate after treatment:67.5%of the treatment group,62.5%of the control group, the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group;5.Clinical pregnancy after treatment65.0%of the treatment group,52.5%of the control group,the treatment group was significantly higher than in the control group;6.After treatment biochemical pregnancy abortion rate comparsion:2.5%of the treatment group,10%of the control group,the treatment group was signicantly lower than the control group.7.After treatment,clinical symptoms evaluation conparison,the total efficiency of the control group was17.5%,the treatment group was85.0%, Z=-5.738, P=0.000(P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant.8.Security:No one cases of adverse reactions to exit8cases of nausea(7cases in the control group,1case in the treatment group),the causality judgment results between the potion’s and the adverse reactions is0;14cases symptoms than before from the control group.No other adverse events.Conclusion:Shuangshan’ antai Decoction can reduce the spleen and kidney deficiency type who taking IVF-ET cure with biochemical pregnancy,it improved the patients clinical symptoms,clinical pregnancy rate, reduced the occurrence of adverse reactions, and dose not affect the secretion of early pregnancy HCG Patients transplanted after tocolysis to be think the tocolysis forward prescription ideology for IVF-ET is effective and feasible.
