Objective: This research through observation of the clinical curative effect ofTong-Xia-Huo-Xue Decoction treat Mild Acute Pancreatitis(MAP),from a theoretical andclinical research on two aspects to discuss the mechanism of Tong-Xia-Huo-XueDecoction treat MAP, provide a theoretical basis for Chinese medicine treating MAP.Methods: Select object of observation in60patients, randomly divided into testgroup(30cases) and control group(30cases). The test group was given Tong-Xia-Huo-XueDecoction on the basis of western medicine treatment, and the control group was givenwestern medicine treatment. The course of treatment is14days. Before and after treatmentin the2groups were observed in the comprehensive clinical efficacy, comprehensiveefficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), CT, coagulation score, intestinalfunction score; recording the restoration of normal days on PAMY and UAMY; testingtreatment for7days,14days of GLU,Calcium level; testing treatment for third days, seventh days for the levels of endotoxin、D-lactic acid, seventh days for the levels ofD-dimer、fibrinogen.Results: Comprehensive clinical efficacy:The test group was more rate of90%,significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Comprehensive efficacy of TraditionalChinese Medicine (TCM):The test group was more rate of93.33%, significantly betterthan the control group (P<0.05); Comparison of TCM syndrome score: two groups oftreatment were obviously improved (P<0.01or P<0.05), two groups of main symptoms(abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, fever) improvement of no significant difference(P>0.05), but the secondary symptoms (bloating, belching disorders, constipation, tongue, the tongue) of the test group improved significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Comparison of TCM syndrome total score: two groups of treatment were obviouslyimproved (P<0.01or P<0.05),and the test group improved significantly better than thecontrol group (P<0.01). Coagulation score: the two groups had significant improvementafter treatment (P<0.01),and the test group was better than the controlgroup(P<0.05).Intestinal function score: the two groups had significant improvement aftertreatment (P<0.01), and the test group was better than the control group (P<0.05). CT: theCT of two groups had improved significantly after treatment (P<0.01). Laboratoryparameters: In the time of PAMY returned to normal, there had no statistical differencebetween the two groups (P>0.05). In the time of UAMY returned to normal, the test groupwas better than the control group (P<0.01). GLU: Two groups were treated for seventhdays GLU decreased significantly (P<0.01), and the test group was better than the controlgroup (P<0.05). Treatment for fourteenth days, GLU of the control group returned tonormal. Calcium: Two groups were treated for seventh days Calcium increasedsignificantly (P<0.01), and the test group was better than the control group (P<0.05).Treatment for fourteenth days, Calcium of the control group returned to normal.Fibrinogen、D-dimer: Two groups were treated for seven days of fibrinogen and D-dimerwere significantly decreased (P<0.01), and the test group was better than the control group(P<0.05). D-lactic acid、Endotoxin: Two groups were treated for third days of D-lactic acidand Endotoxin were significantly decreased (P<0.01),and the test group was better than thecontrol group (P<0.05). Treatment for seventh days, the control group dropped to thenormal range. Conclusion: The AP patients with intestinal barrier dysfunction andmicrocirculation,it can be significantly improved through Western medicine treatmentcombined Tong-Xia-Huo-Xue Decoction not only in the clinical manifestations, but alsothrough a variety of experimental indicators.Intestinal barrier function and microcirculationaccompanying remission and improved, indicating that they plays an important role in theoccurrence and development of AP.Tong-Xia-Huo-Xue Decoction in correcting thecoagulation disorder, improve local microcirculation of the pancreas and intestinal barrierfunction achieved significant efficacy, It is an effective way to treat AP,and provides a wider range of thought for TCM treatment of AP.
