Clinical Study Of Combination Of Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine In Treament Of Constipation Caused By Puborectal Muscle Syndrome

Objective:To study the effects of“partial excision of muscoli puborectalis andTraditional Chinese Medicine Liumo Soup dialectical treatment”in the treatment of outletobstruction constipation caused by Puborectal muscle syndrome.Methods: Selected30cases diagnosed of Puborectal muscle syndrome according to the symptoms, signs andauxiliary examinations，receive treatment of partial excision of muscoli puborectalis andTCM dialectical treatment。To observe the main clinical indicators such as defecationfrequency、degree of constipation difficulty before and after treatment and evaluate thetherapeutic effect. Results: the clinical total effective rate of the30cases of patients aftertreatment was97.7%,the follow-up of3months curative effect rate was93.3%,All theclinical indicators such as defecation frequency、degree of constipation difficulty, etc.improved significantly than before treatment.(P <0.01).Conclusion: The treatment byremoving part of spasm or pubic rectum muscle hypertrophy, eliminating outlet obstructioncaused by anatomical defects, restore normal rectal compliance, at the same time cooperatewith differentiation of TCM, indicating holism concept and treating both manifestation androot cause of disease, complementary advantages of TCM and western medicine,so it is anideal therapeutic method of constipation caused by Puborectal muscle syndrome.
