The Clinical Observation Of Repair Of Excision Of Rectal Mucosa And Posterior Wall Of Vagina In The Treatment Of Constipation Of Female Rectum

Objective:To observe the effect of repair of excision of rectal mucosa and posterior wall of vagina in the treatment of constipation of female rectum.Methods:Choose 60 patients who are accorded with the diagnosis standard and separate them into treatment group(30 patients) and control group(30 patients),the treatment group are treated with repair of excision of rectal mucosa and posterior wall of vagina,the control group are treated with repair of excision of rectal mucosa.By comparing the two groups of patients with surgery related to the situation and the score changes before and after the surgery related symptoms. Get the evaluation of curative effect by using the statistical method deal with the data.Results:Compred the repair of excision of rectal mucosa and posterior wall of vagina with repair of excision of rectal mucosa,the cure rate is higher than in the treatment group,and the recurrence rate was lower in the 6 months after operation.There was no significant difference in the length of hospital stay, pain score, postoperative bleeding, postoperative anal stenosis and postoperative anal incontinence between the two types of operation. The duration of operation in the treatment group was significantly longer than that in the control group, the postoperative urinary retention rate in the control group was higher than that in the treatment group. Two groups of symptoms integral after operation were lower than that of before operation and in the frequency of defecation, the treatment group was better than the control group in defecation difficulty, Difficulty of defecation,rectal examination.Stool is not feeling, poor shape of stool, defecation time, emotional or irritability and treatment in the two groups no significant difference.Conclusion:Repair of excision of rectal mucosa and posterior wall of vagina can be effective in the treatment of constipation of female rectum, improve constipation symptoms, relieve patients feeling, improve the quality of life of patients, the recurrence rate is lower, is worthy of extension.
