Investigation Of Gastroscope Performance Of Bile Reflux Gastritis And The Relevance Between It And TCM Syndrome Types

Objective: The text mainly studies the correlation between Traditional ChineseMedieine syndrome types and endoscopic mucosa reflection of bile reflux gastritis, andexplores the dialectical rule of endoscopic bile reflux gastritis, Combines the Macrosyndrome differentiation with Micro syndrome differentiation,to perfect the Chinesemedicine dialectical system.Methods：I will select115cases of BRG patients met the inclusion criteria, andrecord their clinical Traditional Chinese Medieine syndrome type and dialecticallyanalyze these datas, observe the mucosa changes with the gastroscope,explore hecorrelation between the endoscopic mucosa changes and TCM syndrome types and tongueconditions and other relevantfactors of bile reflux gastritis using SPSS17.0statisticalsoftware analysis.Results：The proportion of all the TCM syndrome types is Damp-heat in Spleen andStomach> Hepatogastrie not type>Deficiency of Spleen and Stomach>Llack of StomachYin type>Blood stagnation of the Stomach. There is no signficant difference betweenTCM syndrome types and endoscopic mucosa reflection. In Damp-heat in Spleen andStomach the congestion of the mucosa is the most,and Hepatogastrie not type is the second;In Damp-heat in Spleen and Stomach and Hepatogastrie not type,the edama of the mucosais the most. There is no signficant difference between the pathology and reverse flowdegree of the TCM syndrome types.Bile reflux gastritis has many complications,andbetween them reverse flow esophagitis is the most,and duodenal bulb inflammation is thesecond. The infection rates of Hp in this research is27.8%, and Damp-heat in Spleen andStomach is the highest,and then is Hepatogastrie not type. There is statically signficant difference between the endoscopic mucosa reflection and tongue texture(p<0.01). Aboutthe number of the congestion of the mucosa,the red tongue is the most,and then is thereddish tongue. About the number of the edama of the mucosa, pale white tongue is themost,and then is the reddish tongue. There is no signficant difference between theendoscopic mucosa reflection and tongue fur(p)0.05).Conclusion：Traditional Chinese Medieine syndrome types of BRG are connectedwith endoscopic mucosa reflection, histopathological changes，tongue conditions.Thereare some close contact between them.
