Clinical Observation Of Enema In The Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Of Uterine Adenomyosis Retained Zhechong Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of clysis treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of uterine adenomyosis Zhechong decoction, safety evaluation of the effectiveness of the treatment and medication, in order for the clinical treatment of the disease to find a simple, economic, effective method.Method:choose37patients meeting the inclusion criteria (40cases,3cases in the treatment process, to be deflected off) Decoction retention enema, treatment of3menstrual cycles for a course of treatment, and observe the changes before and after treatment in patients with dy smenorrhea, menstrual quantity,, TCM syndrome, uterine volume and serum CA125the change ofResults:the clinical observation showed, Zhechong Decoction retention enema treatment, the total effective rate of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of uterine adenomyosis was86.49%. The degree of pain in lower integral and TCM syndrome integral after treatment than before treatment, there were significant differences (P<0.01); in menstruation and menorrhagia has no significant difference before and after treatment (P<0.01); in reducing serum CA125value before treatment than after treatment had significant changes, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); in the reduction of the uterine volume before treatment after treatment there were significant differences (P<0.01).Conclusion:Zhechong Decoction Treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of uterine adenomyosis enema in patients dy smenorrhea, menstrual period, reduce the amount of shortening effects were significantly, at the same time to improve the TCM syndrome, uterine volume shrink, reduce serum CA125level, also have better curative effect.
