Study On Correlation Between TCM Constitution And Syndrome Of Initial Diagnosed Acne

Objective: By means of the investigation included the constitution of traditionalChinese medicine in patients with acne and patients’ age, gender, diet, life is or not tense,and so on.We can analyze its relationship with TCM constitution of patients with acne, andthe relationship between constitution and syndrome types of traditional Chinese medicineacne patients.To analyze the role of TCM constitution factor on the pathogenesis of acne,itenriches the etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine theory of acne.Methods: The clinic collected from198patients with acne, collected the basicinformation of the patients, and the factors and the pathogenesis of acne; Asking patientsclinical syndrome and constitution for a long time, we can determine patients’ TCMsyndrome and TCM constitution type.Results: Through statistical analysis,The TCM constitution type patients with acneand traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types is different totally; Compared differentconstitution types of TCM with syndrome type distribution, there was no statisticallysignificant difference (P>0.05); The constitution types of acne patients associated withgender (P <0.05); Acne patients constitution types and diet is no correlation (P>0.05);Patients constitution types and stress level has no correlation (P>0.05); Constitution typeswere significantly associated with patients age (P <0.05).Conclusion: Through the observation of clinical cases of198patients with acne, thephysical distribution types of the acne patients is: the normal constitution>the hotconstitution> the disorder of heat constitution> the cold constitution> the damp and hotconstitution> the fever constitution> the cold and hot constitution> the disorder of coldconstitution> the wet constitution>the cold and wet constitution>the gore constitution,andso on; The gender and the age is Correlated with constitution; The Diet partial addicted andthe physical tension is no correlation with constitution; The Clinical pathogenesissyndrome types and consitition is no relation.
