Objective: To observe the influence of the SF-MPQ by instantly acupuncture treatingin primary dysmenorrheal pain episodes,and to compare the differences between twodifferent acupoint prescirptions as to provide clinical evidence for an effective acupunctureprescirptions. Methods:90patients of pirmary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided intothree different groups, Single-Point group (Shigizhui(EX-BS)) with30patients andMulti-Point group (Shiqizhui(EX-B名),Ciliao(BL32)f D/)/(SP8), Sanyinjiao(SP6)) with30patients, Blank control group with30patients. To observe the changes of SF-MPQ beforeand after acupuncture and to compare the differences between two groups. Results: Bothgroups were significantly different (P<0.01) in VAS、PPI、PRI atfer treatment compairngbefore treatment.however,There is no signiifcant difference in the VAS、PPI、 PRIbetween two groups both before and atfer treatment Conclusion:1, Sing-Point group(Shiqizhui(EX-BS)) and Multi-Point group (Shiqizhui(EX-BS), Ciliao(BL32)f£)y7(SP8),Sanyinjiao(SP6)) can both signiifcantly reduce the pain of primary dysmenorrhea inclinic.2there is no signiifcant difference between the two groups, needlingShigizhuifEX-B8) is effective enough ofr treating pirmary dysmenorrhea when the painoccurirng.
