Clinical Study Of Two Different Fixation Methods On Treatment Of Olecranon Fractures

Objective：Nearly two years of clinical data analysis summary of the AffiliatedHospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Shangdong University，Compare the clinicaleffects of two different surgical procedures such as Kirschner wire tension band wire andLCP Olecranon Plate in the treatment of olecranon fractures.Choose a flexible、accurate、convenient、effective internal fixation methods to provide the basis for the treatment ofolecranon fractures in the future.Method: According to inclusion criteria，select40cases of olecranon fracture treatedby Kirschner wire tension band wire or LCP Olecranon Plate bitween October2009toOctober2011from affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of Shan DongUniversity， To contrast and analyze two methods from the time of fracture healing、elbowactivity and elbow function and other aspects.Result: The excellent rates of the elbow joint activities after three months in group Aand B were86.36％、94.44％respectively. The excellent rates of the elbow function aftersix months in group A and B were90.90﹪、94.44％respectively. The statistical analysis：there was no significant difference between the two treatment methods of A andB(P>O.05)．Conclusion:There were no significant differences between the kirschner wire tensionband fixation and the LCP Olecranon Plates fixed in the treatment of olecranon fractures，both of which were effective fixation methods.you can choose a more reasonable methodto use according to the affordability of the different groups of people，the type of fractureand the severity of fracture in clinical.
