This report was about the chemical constituent of the two parts of Rosa soulieana.28compounds were isolated and purified, which identified using the1H-NMR,13C-NMR andMS technology. This paper was divided into three chapters. The first chapter reported the chemical constituents of root,13compounds were isolated, and their structures were identified as follow: betulinic acid(1), euscaphic acid(2), tormenticacid(3),2α,3β,19α,23-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid(4),1β,2α,3α,19α-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oicacid(5), Ilexoside B(6), catechin(7), α-amyrin(8),uracid(9), Rosamultin(10), β-sitosterol(11), daucosterol(12), fatty acid(13). All of thecompounds were first reported from the roots of R.soulieana, and most of them are thetriterpenoides, except for compound7. Compounds5was first isolated from Rosa. The second chapter was about the phytochemistry of the leaves, which contains thetriterpenoides, phenolic acid and coumarins.15compounds were isolated. Two compounds-Brevifolin-carboxylic acid, and Ellagic Acid-were first reported in the Genera of Rosa. The third chapter introduced the compound DIPB, which check out by GC-MS from theoil of three plants, it is indirective proof that DIPB widly existed in the nature. Maybe it is anoccasion, not disaster. After all, the mechanism is not clearly about DIPB how to go to ourexperiment. In this chapter we analysis the rule of Mass spectrometric pyrolysis, so that wecan identified them from the different retention time when we lack the resolution in the GasChromatography.
