Objective: By observing the effects of atrophic gastritis type Histopathological and fineearly apoptotic rate of Sheng YangYiwei Tang, we explore the prevention and treatment ofCAG mechanism, and offer the experimental foundation for clinical applying.Methods:10of100adult Wistar rats of SPF rats from quality, range180-220g,werechoused to form the normal control group at random. The others were all indeed chronic atrophicgastric by ammonia, alcohol, salicylic acid and sodium deoxycholate and other factorsstimulation Etc, and were combined with a comprehensive method of modeling for10consecutive weeks with irregular diet. At7th weeks the rats were randomly divided into ninemolding groups, namely the intervention model group, model group therapy intervention inthe control group, Sheng YangYiwei Tang low-dose group, Sheng Yang Yiwei Tang doseintervention group, Sheng Yang Yiwei Tang high-dose dry stomach soup group, Sheng YangYiwei Tang low-dose treatment group, Sheng Yang Yiwei Tang dose treatment group, ShengYang Yiwei Tang high-dose treatment group every group have10rats (male and female each5). Intervention group was fed simultaneously modeling Sheng Yang Yiwei Tang, sucralfateintervention control group was administered for4weeks. After11weeks control group, theintervention model group, the intervention group, the high-dose group of Chinese interventionwere sacrificed, the intervention group medicine dose and low-dose medicine derivedintervention group, the treatment group were given Sheng Yang Yiwei Tang at11weeks andgaraged for4weeks. After the15th weeks, all rats were killed and were taken stomach tissuesections by Caesarean Section gastric lesion, and were given HE staining of rats gastricatrophy, to measure quantitatively of the gastric mucosal thickness and the number of glandswith a microscope micrometer; In Flow technique to detect the apoptotic rate; and by TUNELstaining to detect apoptosis, To calculate apoptotic index, comparing the differences betweenthe groups.Results: Model group compared with the control group: the model group than in thecontrol group thinner gastric glands, muscle thickness thickening, reduce the number ofglands in the unit, was significantly higher (p<0.05), the apoptosis rate increased (p<0.05),apoptotic index was significantly higher (p<0.05); intervention model control group comparedwith intervention group: In control group the intervention gastric glands thicker, thinnermuscular was mucosa, a larger number of glands in the unit apoptosis rate decreasedapoptosis index decreased, the difference was significant (p<0.05); intervention groupcompared with the intervention group than in the model: the high dose treatment group were different (p<0.05); intervention group compared with the control intervention groups: high-dose group gastric glands thicker, thinner muscular was mucosa, the number of glands in theunit has more significant difference (p<0.05); high-dose group compared with low dosegroup comparison: gastric thinner glands, muscle thickness thickening, reduce the number ofglands in the unit, there was a significant difference (p<0.05), apoptosis rate decrease(p<0.05), apoptotic index was significantly lower (p<0.05); high-dose treatment groupcompared with the low-dose treatment groups: high-dose treatment group were glands thicker,thinner muscular is mucosa, the number of glands in the unit more, low expression levels ofearly apoptotic cells, apoptotic index was significantly reduced, there is a significantdifference between them (p<0.05)Conclusion:1. The Histopathologica of results are accord with comply performance characteristics.It was indicated Tianhan Wen integrated modeling method to copy the successfulapplication of CAG rats.2. Sheng Yang Yiwei Tang and gastric glands can reduce damage CAG rat model andpromote its regeneration, and effectively protect the gastric mucosa prevention CAG.3. Sheng Yang Yiwei Tang can inhibit apoptosis and reduce apoptotic index. Reducedamage of cell by stimulating factor may be one of the mechanisms to protectding thegastric mucosa prevention of CAG.
